1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ea44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every registered user ("Player", "you") who accesses or uses the services available at ea44.ws. By registering an account or continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this Agreement in full.

These terms apply to all products and services offered on ea44, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other tournaments, live casino games, slot games, and any promotional offers or bonuses. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

6. Betting Rules

• Bets are final once confirmed. ea44 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a technical error acknowledged in writing by ea44.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement. ea44 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any player or market.
• In the event of a void match or event cancellation, stakes are returned to the player's account at the original value minus any applicable fees.
• Odds displayed on ea44 are accurate at the time of display but may change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is accepted are the odds applied to that wager.
• ea44 does not accept bets from players who have knowledge of insider information that has not been publicly disclosed. Such bets will be voided and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ea44 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ea44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific time frame.

In no event shall ea44 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. ea44's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ea44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
